Hi, if I understand correctly what you say above, you can travel around Zhejiang when transiting through Hangzhou (for instance in our case, from Hong Kong to Sydney...okay not the intuitive best route but...)? We would like to take the opportunity to visit friends in Ningbo (also Zhejiang province). Would that be possible?
