I will be arriving at Beijing Capital Airport at 2am and have booked Zhong An Hotel.

Can I find a cab so late at night? And what would be the tentative fare?

Yes, generally speaking, you can still find a taxi at PEK. Don't worry. It would cost CNY 120-130 at night for the single trip. Hope helpful!
