damage passport

hi,my passport is damage and i want to get a new one so what document is necessary when i apply a new one? i am a student and now i m studying in jiamusi medical university,china

You may need to provide your passport and copy of its data page, 4 recently-taken passport-style photos, the application form, and your residence permit in China as well as other documents required by the consular officers.
