About:China Visa Application in UK

UK citizen with Portuguese residency

I am a British citizen, but I live permanently in Portugal - I have Portuguese residency.
Should I apply for a tourist visa in Portugal or in Britain?

Brian, it's possible to get the tourist L type in Portugal, and you can try to apply for it there. If it can succeed, you don’t need to go back to Britain for that.
