As I know, you can take a direct coach at the Xinguoxian Transit Centre of HS Scenic Area. The duration is around 5-6 hours. I remember that the bus schedules are 07:00 and 13:00. But I'm not sure. You'd better confirm it when you arriving at the bus station.0
