About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Irish passport holder with Hong Kong ID, travelling from Hong Kong to Shanghai

Travelling on Friday night and arriving in Shanghai at 1.20 am Saturday morning and leaving on Monday at 7 pm.

Would the 72 hour visa cover me for this?

Olivia, if you will fly to a third country to region rather than HK after transiting in Shanghai, you will be able to use the 72 hour free transit.
