Question

I have a question on insurance. Does your tours include insurance for medical or lost of luggage etc. Please let me know.

We offer Travel Agencies' Liability Insurance to our clients, and it regulated by the China National Tourism Administration. Under this plan client will receive compensation for personal or property losses, injury, or damage incurred during the guided tour. However, it does not cover mishaps or physical problems occurring outside the guided tour period or caused by clients themselves. In this case, it is highly recommended that you buy personal insurance for the medical or luggage in your home country prior to departure. Many thanks for your attention.
