About:How to Travel to China without a Visa

Hi going to Shanghai for leisure from 01Jul to 16Jul17...16days...

do i (Singaporean) need a visa? where and how to apply

Yes, you need to apply for a tourist L type for that.
First, prepare the documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, and a passport-style photo, round trip air tickets, and hotel booking record.
Next, submit the application to the CVASC in Singapore.
