I am arriving on Sunday after 8:30 pm from Shanghai. What is the best way to travel from Liangjiang Airport to Sapphire Hotel? Thank you.

You can take the airport shuttle bus to the Civil Aviation Building first. Then you may take the bus no.16 or no.23 at Anxin Apartment Bus Stop which is on the opposite of the Civil Aviation Building. The airport shuttle bus operates till 21:30. The ticket fare is CNY20/person. Upon arrival, you may take a taxi to your hotel directly which will cost around CNY12.
