What's the fastest way to Guangzhou Holiday Inn Shifu from HKIA?

I will arrive at 1240.
Considering either by coach or train

You can take a direct coach to Liwan with the duration of 3.5 hours. The ticket fare is HK$250/person. This bus departs at 13:30 and 14:30. Upon arrival, you may take a taxi to your hotel directly.
