i have a flight to bangkok at 7.30 am from shanghai pudong airport.

Can anyone advice me how much time it will take from Qingpu District to airport and will metro run at that time, if not metro what alternate transportation will be available?great appreciate any reply

Well, first of all, you need to arrive at the airport at least 2 hours in advance before the departure. Thus there is no public transportation at that time. You are advised to take a cab from Qingpu District to PVG directly. It costs CNY 300-350 in the early morning.
