As I know, several taxi drivers in this city can speak simple English. You can prepare the destination in the Chinese version in advance. Then you can show it to the driver after getting on the cab. In addition, most taxis won't accept credit card. Upon landing at the airport, you'd better to exchange some cash in advance.
