We are a 67 year old Canadian couple coming to Hong Kong the first week of February 2018.

We have never been to HK before. We are staying 4 days. In which area of HK would you suggest we stay?

Generally speaking, 4 days are enough for you to tour around Hong Kong. You can arrange the sightseeing in the following way:
Day 1: Victoria Peak & Madame Tussauds, A Symphony of Lights & Tsim Sha Tsui
Day 2: Ngong Ping 360, Big Buddha, Lantau Island
Day 3: Victoria Park, HK Cultural Center, Temple Street
Day 4: Central Area, Causeway Bay, Wong Tai Sin Temple
