About:Embassy & Consulates of Japan in China

Hello; I am Juan from Colombia, I am student in Beijing in National Defense University.

We want going to Tokio since May 26 to may 30. What is the process for to get the Japanese visa, leaving in Beijing and having resident permit of China?

First, you need to prepare the relevant documents including passport, visa application form and a passport-style photo, Chinese residence permit, round-trip air tickets and hotel booking record, as well as proof of your financial support and other required documents.
Next, find an appointed travel agency to help you submit the application.
