Is there direct bus from Kunming South Bus Station to Mengzi?

How long is the journey and how regular?

Yes, you can take the direct coach from East Bus Station. The schedules are 08:30, 10:10, 10:55, 11:25, 13:15, 14:30, 15:50, 16:30, 18:10, 19:30 and 21:30. The ticket fare is CNY 102/110/122 per person. In general, it takes around 5 hours on the way.
