admission times of simatai great wall?

Hi, I am not sure I understood correctly, but if you only buy the Simatai wall tickets you can only access it after 10? Even if it opens at 8:00? Will the Watertown/ Simatai tickets get you earlier access?

As I know, if you only tour around the Great Wall, you are advised to make a reservation online in advance. After purchasing the entry ticket at the visitor center square, you will be guided to the shuttle bus to the scenic area. The bus schedules are 10:00am, 12:00am and 2:00pm. You don't need to buy the combon ticket. This type of ticket has been cancelled.
