About Airport Express Travel Pass or Standard Octopus Card, which is best for us?

2 Adults arriving Hong Kong Airport for 2 night and 2 day stay in May. Need a single trip from Airport to Regal Kowloon Hotel and tourist site seeing travel for 2 days. Do not need transfer back to airport.

Will be returning to HK again in June for a 2 night and 3 day stay. Do not need transfers to and from the airport but do need tourist site seeing transport for 3 days.

Which is the most economical and best ticket for us to buy, Octopus Cards or AE Travel Pass?
Does the AE Travel Pass Group 2 ticket mean you get 2 individual ticket cards
