About:Macau Visa Policy

HK pre-registation will allow to enter Macau for Indian nationals

Hi,
Me and My wife are travelling from India to Canada via HK, We will stop at HK airport and go to Macau throw Ferry. One day stay at Macau hotel and back to HK. Will stay in HK for 2 days at hotel. after 3 days will fly to Canada.

I will take HK pre-registation, however

My questions are?

1) Do i still need to take Macau visa?
2) If I re-enter do I need another HK pre-registration?
3) Any other suggested documents / paper work to make this trip happier?

Thanks
Laxminarayana

Hi, you don't need a Macau visa because you can enjoy free entry to Macau for a stay of not more than 30 days.
You don't need another HK pre-registration for the re-enter because a pre-arrival registration is normally valid for a six month period.
You can go there directly by bringing your passport, the return or onward ticket, hotel reservation and enough travel fees.

Thanks for the response,

I tried pre-registration for HK entry, but at the end I got "Pre-arrival Registration is Unsuccessful "

What does this means and what is the next step to do?
