About:China Work Visa

If we go to China on S1 type can I apply for the jobs and upon getting a job

can I get the Z Visa from the employer whilst my S1 type is valid.

You can try to convert the S1 type to a work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB after you find a job. After you get the work Z type, the S1 type will be voided automatically.
