I am French, and I want to go Taipei for Shanghai( for 5 days) and continue my trip on Osaka.

I need a visa? If yes, how much does it cost?

Koffi, you will travel like Taipei-Shanghai (5 days)-Osaka, right? If yes, you are able to use the 144 hour free transit in Shanghai. You don’t need to apply for a visa then.
