Question

We have 1 1/2 hours transit in Hong Kong and do not go through immigration. Are we eligible for the 144 hour shanghai transit visa? 4 days in Shanghai then on to Hong Kong.

For 144-Hour Visa-Free Transit, passengers should hold an onward ticket with a confirmed seat and date as well as a valid visa to a third country or region.
