Can I take a bus from Tangkou bus station to Shanghai? If so, how long will it take and how much?

It would be around 6 hours. The ticket price would be around CNY160. But based on the online feedback, there seems very few rides a day. There seems one at 3pm. It would be better to confirm this in advance at the time you arrives Tangkou Town.0
