how to collect tickets to/fromhong kong [hung hom] to guangzhou east

Question

Hi there, we are arriving into Hong Kong from Edinburgh, Scotland on the 30th of April. Straight from the airport we will be travelling to Hong Kong to Guangzhou via train. We therefore do not have the option of collecting tickets from a hotel or Chinese address. Can you advise how to pre-purchase these tickets and how to collect or have them delivered to a UK address?

We are sorry we can't arrange delivery to abroad. If you do not have any address for delivery, you can collect the tickets from our local office in Hung Hom station. If you need any booking, please submit the online booking firstly, then we will check the tickets availabilty as Canton Fair will be held during that period and your requested route is quite hot.
