Is there any China Unicom or Mobile shop at Urumqi Airport for my Ipad mini around 9 pm?

Is there any China Unicom or China Mobile shop for my Ipad mini at the time? I would like to buy prepaid sim card date plan. Thank you.

As I know, there is no China Mobile or China Unicom at the airport. Thus I'm afraid that you need to purchase a Sim Card in downtown area.

Thank you. I hv one more question. We will arrive Guangzhou for a transit to Urumqi. Are there China Mobile / Telecom shop inside at Guangzhou Airport?

As I know, there is no China Mobile or Telecom shop at CAN, so you may need to buy a SIM Card in the city.
