About:Yading Nature Reserve, Daocheng

Transportation from Shangrila(Zhongdian)- Daocheng - Riwa

Is there a bus or shared car from Shangrila (Zhong dain) directly to Riwa? I heard that there is a bus form Shangrila to Daocheng take time about 10 hr but this route is not available alredy. Then need to take another shared car or taxi from Daocheng to Riwa. Can anybody help to give an updated information, please? I plan to go there next week (April). Thank you.

You can take the shuttle bus at the Shangri-La Passenger Terminal to Daocheng first. The ticket fare is around CNY110/person. This trip may take about 11 hours. The following route is the same to yours.
If it is closed because of the natural disaster, you may get up early to buy the tickets to Derong. The ticket fare is around CNY38/person. Upon arrival, transfer a shuttle bus to Xiangcheng. Then you may need to share or charter a car to the destination. Hope helpful.
