You need to walk southwards for about 110 yards (100 meters) along North Jiangdong Road, and then turn right to Lingqiao for around 260 yards (240 meters). Continue to turn left to Lingqiao Road for 175 yards (160 meters) to NB’s Daily Bus Stop. Afterwards, you can take bus no.130 branch line to China-Base NB Company Bus Stop. Then transfer bus no.638 and get off at Qingyunti Scenic Spot Bus Stop. Upon arrival, you may find the destination on your own.

May I know is the China-Base NB Company Bus Stop also known as South Bus Station; the one opposite the Main Railway Station?

Rui, they are not the same station. There are still around 3 miles (5 kilometers) between two stops.
