Yes, I remember that there is only one direct long-distance bus from Deqin Bus Station to Kunming. The bus schedule is 11:00. The ticket fare is around CNY 240 per person.2

From Deqin to Shangri-la, the direct coaches depart at 07:30, 08:30, 09:30 and 12:00. :)1
