About:Chinese Embassy in Morocco

Hi.am moroccan citizen and am going to do an intership in china .

am asking please what type is suitable for me? In addition , that this internship is paid .
2: what is the whole process to apply for the visa .
3: do i need any inviation from the company that will host me ?

You need to apply for a work Z type for that.
You should first prepare those documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, foreigners work permit in China and an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit (your employer will get the last two documents for you).
The company don't need to provide the inviation letter.
