am asking please what type is suitable for me? In addition , that this internship is paid .2: what is the whole process to apply for the visa .3: do i need any inviation from the company that will host me ?

You need to apply for a work Z type for that.You should first prepare those documents including your passport and copy of its data page, a completed application form, a recently-taken passport-style photo, foreigners work permit in China and an invitation letter from a duly authorized unit (your employer will get the last two documents for you).The company don't need to provide the inviation letter.
