what will be the best and affordable transport from airport to Crowne Plaza Chengdu West?

You can take airport shuttle bus line 5 and get off at Chadianzi Bus Stop first. It costs CNY 10 per person. Then take a taxi to your hotel directly. The cab fare is around CNY 15 in the day time.
