Zhangjiajie to Furong Zhen, and Furong Zhen to Fenghuang by bus?

Hi, I want to visit Furong Zhen (Hibiscus Town) and Fenghuang.
I want to visit Tianmenshan National Forest Park in the morning and later go from Zhangjiajie to Furong Zhen by bus, and other day take a bus from Furong Zhen to Fenghuang. I want to know the timetables of the buses.

From Zhangjiajie to Furong Zhen: You can take the direct coach at the Zhangjiajie Central Bus Station to Furongzhen, which usually costs CNY25/person. The bus operates during 07:00 to 17:00 with the frequency of around 1h. The central station is near no.1, Guanli Road.
From Furong Zhen to Fenghuang: As I know, there is no direct coach from Furongzhen to Fenghuang. So you are advised to take bus to Jishou first, and then transfer another bus to Fenghuang. The bus usually runs every 15-20 minutes. The fare of the entire trip would be around CNY35.

It’s a pity that I can find the latest timetable. Therefore, I will list an old one for reference.
From Furongzhen to Jishou: It may operate during 08:00 to 17:30 and the whole trip will take around 2 hours. The bus usually runs every 15-20 minutes.
From Jishou to Fenghuang: The operating time is from 06:30 to 18:30 with the interval of 30 minutes. The entire trip will take about 1.5 hours.
You can take them at the same station.

Oscar thank you so much.
I want to know the timetables for the buses from Furongzhen to Jishou, and from Jishou to Fenghuang.
In Jishou, the transfer to take the bus to Fenghuang, is in the same station or I must to to change to another station?
