My flight departs from T2 of Beijing Capital Airport at 02.40.

Is there any open restaurants, pubs after 00.00?

Yes, there are several restaurants that open for 24 hours at T2 of PEK, such as McDonalds. You can find the place easily according to the detailed English signs at the airport.
