About:Macau Visa Policy

Hi, My husband, myself and child are planning a trip to HK in June.

We are Sri Lankan but live in Indonesia at the moment due to my husbands employment. We are planning to visit Macau as well and possibly stay a night. How do we get visa for Macau? Are there separate forms/requirements? Can they be submitted to the HK embassy when submitting docs for HK entry permit? Please assist! TIA!

Dear, you should apply for an entry permit to Macau. You should use separate forms and requirements to apply. Both the applications for HK and Macau should be submitted to the Chinese embassy or consulate in Indonisia.

Hi,
Thankyou for your reply. Today I checked with the Chinese embassy in Jakarta and they told me that Macau visa is handled by the HK section. When I checked with the HK section, they told me that I need to liaise directly with the Macau immigration. So right now, I'm totally confused....:(
