Home Return Permit usage

Hi All, wonderful forum here. I've done the searches but couldn't find a definitive answer to my question.

I hold a British Passport, HK Passport, HKID Card 3* and a Home Return Permit.

I want to plan a trip to Beijing and will want to fly direct from UK.

Can I fly with my UK Passport and go through customs in Beijing with my Home Return Permit?

Thank you in advance
Jason

Jason, if you want to use your Home Return Permit to enter mainland, I advise you to use your HK passport to board on the plane in the UK to avoid troubles. If you can only use the UK passport, you may need to apply for a visa.
