About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Perth Singapore to Shanghai n to Singapore before returning to Perth

Hold Australia passport, transit in Singapore before flying to Shanghai, intend to staying 120 hours and then exit to transit in Singapore before returning to Perth. Can i use this transit visa?

SIN-SHA-SIN isn't a transit, so you need a PRC visa in advance. You must to be in transit to a third country to have free transit.
