About:Urumqi Railway Station

Tickets pick up

Can we pick up our tickets (for the train from Wuhan to Shiyan) in Urumchi? If so, can we take them from ticket office other than the main Urumgi railway station ? As I know there is one near the airport, am I right? How can I find that ticket office?

You can collect the ticket in Urumqi with an extra service fee CNY5 per ticket in cash. However, you can only do it in the railway station counter. The ticket office would not able to do that
