72-hour free transit if port of entry and port of exit is different

I will fly from Inchon, Korea to Tianjin and will stay there for 2 days and then fly from Beijing to Vladivostok, Russia. Is it possible to use the 72 hour free transit? Although Beijing and Tianjin is pretty close together but it is not in the same administrative area, right? ㅠ.ㅠ

It's not possible to use 72 hour transit without visa like this. For 72 hour twov you have to leave from the airport you arrive at, and stay in the specified geographic area (which is Tianjin municipality for TSN).
