About:Chinese Embassy in Zimbabwe

Good day my self and my wife stay in South Africa and my wife wants to travel to China

and the problem is that she is still waiting for here permit in South Africa, can she still apply in South Africa?

I'm afraid not. She can apply for it only after she gets the permit in South Africa.
