About:Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport

Is it sufficient time to catch a 2pm domestic flight at Chongqing Airport T2A?

We arrive at 11.50 at T1.

It's an international to domestic transfer and you have 2 hours 10 minutes layover at the airport, right?
Generally speaking, the time is enough for you to go through all the produces. However, you are still advised to finish the following transfer procedures ASAP:
Arrival - Inspection & Quarantine – Border Inspection – Baggage Claim – Transfer Counter – Security Check – Waiting & Boarding
