Hi, Sasipash. According to my experience, I have several suggestions for you.
1. Please don’t run or walk fast when you arrive there, as well as some physical activities.
2. Don’t eat or drink too much at one time, and please take more fruits and vegetables.
3. Please make sure you will drink enough water every day.
4. You may also take some medicine of altitude sickness with you.
Hope this helpful.
