About:China Visa

I have been in china for 5 years and i wanted to apply for a family visa in china

but I was asked to go home and apply for it back home.My son is just two months old in china with his Chinese mom.I really don't know if it will be possible for me to get the visa and come back.I wish to know if anyone here can help me with some good advice.

You can try to change your current visa to a family Q1 type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can succeed, you don’t need to go back to your home country for that. Just give it a try!
