About:Chinese Consulate in New York

I need to get a diploma authenticated. How do I do this?

You should first get your diploma notarized by the local notary public, and then get it authenticated by the Secretary of State(you need to get it authenticated by county clerk first in some states).
Afterwards, go to the consulate general of China to get your diploma attested.
