I am going to Xian. What is the easiest and cheapest way to go to Terra Cotta Army from city centre?

Hi, the easiest and cheapest way is to take the tourist bus no.5 (306). You can find this bus at the east square of Xian railway station. It takes one hour and the ticket fare is CNY7 per person.
