About:China Business Visa

Am a medical graduate from nigeriaplaning to sit for the AMC exam in china. Am I OK on F visa

My cousins is working one of the UK satellite campus in China. Can he write an invitation letter for me? But he told me that this may not have an official stamp required in section 4c of the F type. I also have my placement letter to couple with it

No, you won’t be able to apply for the F type if you just get an invitation letter from your cousin.
If so, you can try to apply for a tourist L type for China to attend the AMC exam.
