Since your tour does not include many lunches and no dinners, how much should we budget for meals, especially in Shanghai and Beijing?

We leave some lunches and dinners on your own arrangement, so that you could try the local flavor as you wish. Our guide will be more than happy to give you some advice about the local food and nice restaurants. According to our experience, the average cost of a meal in Beijing and Shanghai is around CNY80 (USD12) to CNY100 (USD15) per person at a mid-range restaurant. The cost in other cities might be a little lower than that. It also depends on your consuming habit and preference.
