Pranali, I didn't find the news of the 2017 festival online, but I heard there is the annual dragon boat race at Xixi Wetland Park on the date of the festival. The entrance fee of the park is CNY90 per person.
You may continue to focus on it.2

Dragon Boat Festival 2017 falls on May 30 (Tuesday). Hangzhou Xixi Dragon Boat Festival to be held at Xixi Wetland Park. I do not, however, know the hours. :-)2
