About:China Transit Visa

While in China do I need a transit visa to travel to other countries outside of China?

I am a US Citizen with a Visa to China. I will be in China for 2 weeks. While in China, I plan to visit Malaysia, Indonesia and Singapore. Do I need to get a transit visa to travel to the other 3 countries?

If you hold multiple-entry visa for China, no transit G type will be needed when you do that.
