About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit within 24 hours

Hello,
I will travel from Hong Kong to Shenzen by train (MTR), then I will fly from Shenzen to Bangkok (same day). Then I am going back from Thailand to Shenzen and then back to Hong Kong. Do I need a double entry visa?? Thank you!

For this trip you have to apply for a double-entry transit permit since Shenzhen airport is one of the few that requires all travelers in transit to hold a visa. Otherwise you may be denied boarding by your airline in Bangkok.
