I would like to know what documents are needed when you are applying for Z type as a teacher. I just got informed that, there is no more invitation letter.

Yes. better to wait until 3rd. or 5th. April (4th is a holiday). The new regulations are on the way, even  department of manpower in small city can't know what are the requirements before the time. Apparently employment of 'new' foreigners has been closed since November 2016 until 31 March.
