domestic worker visa

hello,

I would like to ask what kind is suitable for domestic worker from Indonesia who will work as baby sitter in china? may I know what's the procedure and how long the worker can stay in china?

Generally speaking, foreign domestic workers cannot work in mainland China legally. Only if the employer is a foreign expert or professional in Guangdong with work permit, the domestic worker may work leggally under an S type. If it is not the case for you, you may need to turn to an agency for help. Agencies usually can help you to work there, but they may use some improper ways. So I do not advise you to do that.
