Will my luck change

I was born in April 4th 1969 and my partner was born 12 feb 1973. I am a rooster and he is an ox
Ive had horrible luck since 2011, losing all my family including my only child in October last year
I wish to marry my partner this year .... will this work and will my general luck change soon as I am totally exhausted on every level
